Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic material movement and scanning
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train junior operators on safe equipment operation procedures

Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA certification and current forklift operator license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with RF scanning technology preferred
