Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Safely load/untractors and verify inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain precise warehouse documentation and digital records
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA certification and forklift operator license
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Clean MVR and ability to pass background check
