Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Manage inventory using RF scanning systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements for efficient loading/unloading
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and promote zero-accident culture
- Train junior operators on advanced equipment handling techniques
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent forklift experience with sit-down/stand-up certifications
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments
