Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Manage inventory control and palletization of hazardous/non-hazardous materials
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain OSHA compliance documentation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Train junior operators on advanced equipment handling techniques
- Utilize RF scanning systems for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience (sit-down/stand-up)
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification and current forklift operator license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying climate conditions
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
