As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our operations, acting as the central point of contact for all logistics activities. We are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound freight with various carriers, including trucking companies and freight forwarders.

Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of shipping terminology, DOT regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan).
