Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute inventory management tasks using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Train junior operators on safe handling techniques and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (current or expired within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/material handling roles
- Proficiency with inventory management software and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
