Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse setting
- Execute inventory management protocols with RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company SOPs
- Coordinate cross-functional team loading/unloading operations
- Maintain equipment daily inspection logs and preventative maintenance
- Train new operators on warehouse safety procedures
- Optimize storage space utilization via racking systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (3+ years experience)
- Proven experience in warehouse inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- RF scanning equipment proficiency
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
