Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation using WMS systems
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for efficient workflow
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Adhere to all company safety standards and emergency procedures
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide documentation)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
- High school diploma or equivalent
