Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for 2026 product releases, focusing on emerging technologies.
- Lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems using next-gen frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Engineering) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum algorithms, into core workflows.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and compliance with evolving global standards.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading teams in high-scale environments.
- Deep understanding of future tech trends, specifically in AI/ML, Distributed Systems, and Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
