Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead immersive design workshops to co-create future scenarios with stakeholders
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content including whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from future-strategy execution
