Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and forecast their impact on industries by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for next-generation products
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototype development and pilot programs
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences; PhD preferred
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption and market disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to launch
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published forecasts or strategic frameworks
