Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-year trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist and academic experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced business strategy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published author or frequent conference speaker on future trends
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched
