Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across quantum computing, biotech, and AI sectors
- Author white papers and thought leadership content for industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Design and facilitate futures-thinking workshops with global stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and climate trends to assess systemic risks and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published author in foresight or emerging technology domains
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformative technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives launched
