Responsibilities
- Develop strategic blueprints for next-gen technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough solutions with 2026 deployment milestones
- Analyze emerging tech trends (biotech, nanotech, climate tech) to identify commercialization opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with venture capital teams to incubate and scale disruptive ventures
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and accessibility goals
- Present architectural visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Portfolio of deployed systems handling >10M concurrent users or equivalent scale
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, privacy-preserving tech, and regulatory landscapes
- Experience leading R&D initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent tier publications
- Certification in quantum machine learning or advanced neural architecture design
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
