Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Translate complex trend analysis into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports and present findings at international conferences
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation domains
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
