Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with ERP software
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping teams to resolve inventory variances
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Train junior staff on inventory protocols and safety procedures
- Support annual physical inventory audits and process documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layout
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
