Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts, stock replenishment, and ensure proper organization of stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including shipping manifests and daily checklists, with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts with the flexibility to work overtime when needed.
