Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using SAP/Oracle systems
- Manage warehouse stock levels, including receiving, putaway, and order fulfillment
- Generate inventory reports for management and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Maintain digital and physical records with 99.8% accuracy
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
