Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage real-time inventory tracking in SAP WMS with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement team on stock replenishment and vendor returns
- Generate monthly inventory reports for executive leadership review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Audit warehouse compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory control experience in 3PL or retail logistics
- Proficiency in SAP WMS and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
- Experience with AS/400 systems preferred
