Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect and document damaged goods while maintaining quality control standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA compliance
- Train new team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift certification required
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
