Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery to transport materials
- Execute inventory management systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes for high-value inventory
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
- Implement lean warehouse optimization techniques
- Train junior staff on material handling protocols
- Generate detailed warehouse activity reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
