Responsibilities
- Manage high-value inventory with precision accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics operations including shipping/receiving and order fulfillment
- Implement lean material handling techniques to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Maintain meticulous documentation of inventory movements and quality control
- Mentor junior staff on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume warehouse experience with hazardous materials handling
- Certification in forklift operation and OSHA 30-hour training
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in inventory audits
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and robotic material handling
