Responsibilities
- Operate heavy warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform accurate inventory counts, stock rotation, and manage storage systems to ensure optimal product availability.
- Load, unload, and stage freight efficiently to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Inspect equipment for malfunctions and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) and minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proven track record of safety compliance and teamwork.
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations.
