Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems
- Execute FIFO/LIFO inventory protocols with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with production and warehouse teams
- Implement safety protocols for OSHA compliance
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
- Optimize storage layouts using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in high-volume warehousing
- Certified forklift operator license (valid)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong mathematical aptitude for inventory tracking
- Experience with automated conveyor systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
