- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation
- Lead material handling crews during peak season surges
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of material handling experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in varied temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Experience with hazardous materials handling preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
