Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems
- Coordinate inventory receiving, storage, and distribution with 99.8% accuracy
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of material movements and inventory counts
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
