Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with zero-error tolerance
- Operate automated packing systems and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on packed items to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize packing workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume order packing experience in a warehouse setting
- Forklift certification and experience with automated packing systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
