Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship high-value electronics and luxury goods with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate automated packaging equipment and quality control scanners
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Train new packers on company protocols and safety procedures
- Utilize warehouse management systems for order tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume order packing experience in a warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
