Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders using advanced automated packing systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Verify order specifications against digital manifests using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
- Train new packers on SOPs and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume order packing experience
- OSHA certification for warehouse equipment operation preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error packing record
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
