Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including carrier selection, documentation, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory levels and track shipment status through advanced logistics software
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and international teams to meet delivery timelines
- Analyze shipping data to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and import/export regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Certified Customs Broker or equivalent documentation expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Familiarity with Incoterms and hazardous materials shipping
