Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation compliance, carrier selection, and route optimization
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure real-time visibility of in-transit goods
- Resolve customs clearance issues and maintain regulatory compliance for cross-border shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Implement sustainable shipping practices while maintaining service excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination within the Louisville metro area
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FAA regulations and international trade compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
- Supply Chain Management or Logistics certification preferred
