Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for domestic and international freight
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Track shipments in real-time using our TMS platform
- Resolve logistics disruptions and maintain 99.8% on-time delivery rate
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for seamless operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
