Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier logistics across multiple distribution channels
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CLTD, or similar) preferred
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume orders in deadline-driven environments
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish highly desirable
