Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers while ensuring compliance with DOT and customs regulations
- Manage inventory tracking, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes
- Develop and maintain shipping schedules to meet client deadlines and optimize transportation costs
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Implement and improve logistics software systems (SAP, Oracle) for enhanced visibility
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Act as primary contact for carrier negotiations and freight rate management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics/shipping coordination within the supply chain industry
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
