Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and prioritize the long-term technology vision, aligning engineering resources with business objectives to drive measurable growth.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design enterprise-grade architectures that integrate emerging technologies, ensuring scalability and security for the next decade.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge innovations, including Generative AI, Quantum-ready computing paradigms, and advanced edge networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Strategy: Identify and vet strategic technology partners, managing contracts and ensuring alignment with our internal engineering standards.
- Cultural Transformation: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining successful technology roadmaps for organizations in the Fortune 500 or high-growth scale-ups.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and legacy system modernization strategies.
- AI & Data Fluency: Strong grasp of AI/ML integration patterns and data governance frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
