Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) relevant to our sector.
- Evaluate and prototype new technologies to determine strategic fit and ROI.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies for long-term tech investments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Technical Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technical transformations or defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern web technologies.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
