Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the proprietary '2026' technology stack, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to inform long-term product roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications for engineering, product, and design teams.
- Technical Governance: Define and enforce technical standards and best practices for the next generation of our platform.
- Innovation Management: Prototype and validate experimental technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable systems in high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward in rapidly evolving landscapes.
