Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) to load/unload high-value inventory
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic stacking and inventory rotation
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS technology
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and operational best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/loading experience in temperature-controlled environments
- OSHA-certified forklift operation with valid certification
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
