Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload high-value inventory using advanced machinery (electric pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols for hazardous materials handling
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Operate automated conveyor systems with precision
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Implement lean warehouse optimization techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/loading experience in high-value environments
- Certification in forklift operation and hazardous materials handling
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in climate-controlled conditions
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid California driver's license
- Spanish fluency a plus for bilingual teams
