Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Inspect and prepare materials for safe transportation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and care
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/distribution experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Pass background check and drug screening
