Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack high-value inventory using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Optimize order fulfillment routes to exceed 99% accuracy targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Conduct real-time inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train new pickers on WMS procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- Valid PIT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
