Responsibilities
- Execute high-accuracy order picking using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic slotting and inventory rotation
- Maintain 99.9% picking accuracy in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks safely per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Train new staff on advanced picking methodologies and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse picking experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles required
- Expert proficiency in WMS systems (Manhattan, BlueYard preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Proven track record of maintaining 99%+ accuracy rates
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
