Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and perform cycle counting duties
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
