Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to boost productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency
- Experience managing 20,000+ sq ft facilities
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent certification
