Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Optimize warehouse workflows to achieve 99.5% order accuracy and <2% error rates
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain zero-accident environment
- Oversee inventory control systems including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (Manhattan, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and operational metrics
- Experience managing 50,000+ sq ft facilities with high-volume shipping
