Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff while fostering a positive work culture
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory accuracy using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator certification required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with automation technology and warehouse optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Remote work experience with proven self-management capabilities
