Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize freight routing and carrier negotiations
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Resolve transit delays and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams
- Generate shipment reports and KPI metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Descartes, Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Problem-solving mindset for exception management
