Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels
- Oversee order fulfillment processes from receipt to final delivery
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and TSA regulations
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate delivery timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license with clean record
