Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize daily shipping schedules for 100+ orders
- Manage inventory levels and reconcile shipping documentation
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve transit issues
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking systems and provide real-time updates
- Prepare customs paperwork and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Communicate shipment status proactively to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
