Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Manage freight carriers and negotiate competitive rates
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance paperwork
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory accuracy
- Analyze shipping metrics to optimize cost-efficiency
- Maintain client relationships for shipping inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in WMS/TMS software (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Forklift certification preferred
